The letter came from Southern France, and when I opened it this is what I read:
"Nous vous remercions d'avoir bien voulu confier vos vacances à notre camping. Nous avons bien reçu votre contrat de location d'emplacement ainsi que votre versement de... Aussi, nous vous confirmons pars la présente la réservation définitive d'un emplacement camping à votre nom pour la période ..."
Hurrah, it is now official! We are going to the Côte d'Azur (Frejus) this summer for our vacation! At the Camping Caravaning Le Frejvs to be more precise. We are sure excited.
Awesome! But make sure you watch out for knife-wielding punks, especially at night.
What?! Wish I would have known that BEFORE I booked this vacation. Not quite sure what you mean. According to the brochure this is a quiet, children friendly area, e.g. the perfect vacation for the family.
A great place Kiffin - I know Frejus well as I had an aunt who livved in Cannes and I visited there ecery year since I was 16. We ourselves are off to a villa near Toulon further down the coast then a week in the Dordogne - can't wait!
I hope I didn't scare you. I'm sure it's much safer there now. I was just referring to an incident several years ago when my friends and I were stupidly wandering around the area at night and witnessed a tourist fighting off some guy with a knife. (Thankfully no one was injured, but the punk got away.)
Sounds like fun! Enjoy the peace and quiet. That's what vacations are for! Hey, need vacation insurance, hehe? ;-)
